   • Veryfication of the data (NIP, REGON, community code, province, district, city, zip code)
2. Juxtaposition of participants and candidates:
   • Contact with participants (CRM)
     • Mailing with information about accepting, rejecting, moving to reserve list. or finishing course
   • Current correspondence
3. Information, notifications, sending files to participants
4. Generating PDF documents:
   • Timesheets
   • Certificates
   • Course applications and documents
5. Courses’ information managament system:
   • Dates and time of meetings
   • Meeting place with marking on map
   • Information about coaches
   • Possibility of dividing course to stages
